We aren’t able to predict what will happen in 2022, but I’m staying positive and hopeful that things will somewhat get back to normal. The Hepburn residences in Dupont Circle have been taking every precaution to make sure their residents and staff and safe and healthy. Since they’ve fully opened back up, it’s the place to live. The building has everything you could possibly need.

Gym

This isn’t a regular gym, this is a cool gym. This gym has state of the art equipment and a private room for solo fitness or classes for small groups.

Rooftop lounge areas and outdoor tv

I know what you’re thinking. It’s cold. That’s correct, but The Hepburn was thinking ahead and planned to make this space accessible year-round. There are multiple fire fits to cozy up around and easy access to an indoor area (with a fireplace) to keep you warm.

Pool

I feel like this pool needs no explanation. How incredibly cool is this?

Catering kitchen, game room, wine cellar

Want to have a private party with a few of your closet (and vaccinated) friends? The Hepburn offers a private space which includes a game room and wine cellar. Yes, you read that correctly. They have a specific wine fridge to store your most loved label.

Dog washing stations

I saved the best for last. Kidding; kind of. If you have a dog, you know how nice it is to have a designated area to wash them. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to jump in the shower with my dog to make sure she doesn’t jump out..oh how I wish I had a dog washing station in my home!
