I want to give y’all a look into The Hepburn’s three-bedroom apartment – and yes, it’s available to rent. I don’t think I’ve ever gasped like I did when I entered the unit for the first. It is seriously breathtaking – the pictures don’t really do it justice.

The first few photos show off the main living area which includes a spacious kitchen, separate dining space and large living area. Not to the mention the balcony that wraps along the entire front side. It is the perfect set-up for entertaining. Check out the floor plan here.

This specific unit is located on the 10th floor which makes for the most stunning views you’ve ever seen.

These are the three bedrooms; top left to right: Master, second; bottom left to right: third bedroom with shown office space instead of a bed (however, a full or queen size bed would definitely fit). Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and walk-in closet. I don’t think I’ve seen anything like it in all of DC.

It was so much fun getting ready for the evening in the master bedroom’s bathroom. The lighting was amazing and all the features and hardware were top-of-the-line. I could definitely see myself making this unit home.

You have to come see this residence for yourself. It’s unlike anything else you’ve seen in DC..you have my word.
