Wow. How is it almost December? I’m not complaining, though. This is my favorite time of year and in my humble opinion, the best time to be in D.C. It’s finally cool enough to order a hot coffee. It’s also cool enough to take a long walk outside and if walking isn’t your thing, it’s almost cool enough to cuddle up on the couch and binge your new favorite show in the comfort of your home without feeling guilty.

To make your home as cozy and chic as possible for those Netflix-and-chill times, I first highly recommend moving to The Hepburn in Dupont Circle. They offer the chicest residences around and the fall views of the city can’t be beat.

I also recommend these next couple items to make your home feel elevated, yet comfortable for the fall.

Byredo Chai Candle

This candle smells of ginger, clove and latte. This will make your home smell like a upscale tea house.

Cashmere Throw Blanket

Aren’t these gorgeous? They’re made from 100% Himalayan cashmere and come in a multitude of colorways to match any home.

White Pumpkins

Now, I suggest picking these up from the Dupont Circle Farmers Market, but if you want to be able to use them year after year, these faux pumpkins look real!

Fall Throw Pillows

After binge-watching the new Netflix show, Dream Home Makeover, I can’t get over how beautiful the pieces are from McGee & Co. All their pieces go well year-round; however, they come out with seasonal pieces and these pillows will definitely make your home feel cozy for fall.
