Now that DC is starting to reopen, it’s time to put away the sweatpants and upgrade your closet. I’ve picked out a few items that would make the chicest summer outfit – mask included. Even if it’s just a trip up to The Hepburn’s rooftop for a couple cocktails, this look is sure to elevate any occasion.

Beautiful, embroidered dress. This one is by Keepsake and is almost sold out it’s so popular!

Chic, tortoiseshell sunglasses. Yes, they will probably fog up with your mask, but sunglasses are a necessity.

Speaking of masks, this one by Janessa Leone is the cutest one I’ve seen.

This straw tote by Loewe is adorable for the summer season and has plenty of room for your mask and some hand sanitizer.

Even with the extra things we have to carry around these days, you can’t forget the sunscreen. This spray by Hampton Sun can be purchased via curbside pickup at the Dupont Circle Bluemercury.

You are sure to see these quilted sandals everywhere this summer. Throw them on to go to the pool or walk down to the Dupont Circle Farmers Market. They’re cute, but comfortable.

These two items are a must-have for summer. Wearing masks can be hard on your skin and wearing makeup under your mask can cause breakouts.
