Yes; restaurants are pretty much all open, but now it’s January and it’s SO cold. I’m not going anywhere unless I have to. And if you live at The Hepburn, you don’t need to leave. With all the amenities and concierge services, there’s no point. Throughout the pandemic and now that I’m too much of a wuss to leave my home, I’ve been trying out new dinner recipes and wanted to share a few of my favorites. If only I had a kitchen to make all these in like the Hepburn residences do..

Healthier Homemade One Pot Hamburger Helper

OMG – this hamburger helper recipe is so good. It’s extremely easy to make and the epitome of comfort food. I haven’t made this in a month or so and am craving it.

Slow Cooker Mustard Herb Chicken and Creamy Orzo

To be completely honest, the first time I made this Slow Cooker Chicken & Orzo recipe, it look longer than expected…even in the Instant Pot. Three tips: 1) don’t cover the Instant Pot when sautéing the chicken in the first couple steps. It will lock up on you and there will be a lot of steam – like a lot. 2) You don’t need to remove the chicken before adding the orzo. Cook everything in there throughout the whole thing. 3) Do NOT use Apple Cider Vinegar – the recipe calls for either Apple Cider or Chicken Broth – not ACV. A lot of people in the comments mixed this up and ruined the dish.

Monster Cookies

Okay, I know these are technically “Christmas Monster Cookies“, but hear me out. If you swap the Christmas M&M’s for Peanut Butter M&M’s, these will change your life and be appropriate to make all year long. Also, I recommend not using white chocolate chips and increasing the amount of semi-sweet chocolate chips. These are best served right out of the oven, but they will actually stay fresh in an airtight container for up to five days.
