I wanted to give you a glimpse into my morning ritual which has been serving me well so far in 2022. I have felt more energetic, focused, and not as bloated (sorry, TMI). Just overall, better.

Olly Prebiotic / Probiotic Gummies

I’ve loved these. I feel as though they get my day started with a piece of “healthy” candy. Why did adults stop taking gummies for their vitamins?

Olly Metabolism Gummies

Same goes for these gummy rings. These have ACV which tells your metabolism to get into gear.

Sakara Chlorophyll Drops

I’ve heard the best things about the Sakara meal programs, but haven’t bit the bullet yet. Maybe in February šŸ™‚ However, I have tried out their chlorophyll water drops and purchased the metabolism powder, but have yet to try the powder. The chlorophyll drops act as a detox and my system feels cleansed as soon as I’ve used it.

Smoothie

(Almost) every day I have a banana, kale, and blueberry smoothie. I use one banana, a cup of chopped kale, half cup of frozen or fresh blueberries, half cup of almond milk and before Ninja blendering, I add in a tablespoon or so of PB2 probiotic powder and of Vital Proteins collagen powder. Trust me on this one and try it out.

Beekeeper’s Propolis Throat Spray

I end my “routine” with four spritzes with Beekeeper’s Propolis Throat Spray for immunity defense. After all that, I feel like my body can take on whatever the day brings.
