I know, I know. I’m on a bit of a wellness kick. So cliché for it being the beginning of the year. At home workouts were just the beginning. I also want to introduce you to a few food-centered programs that will get your eating habits back-on-track (if they were off track to begin with). Disclaimer: I have no earthly idea what’s actually nutritious so consult your doctor before making any health decisions.

Sakara

Sakara has many different programs to choose from starting with their beginner program all the way to an intense four-week cleanse. With the beginning program, you can choose whether or not you want breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner for 2, 3, or 5 days a week. You can also cancel or pause at any time. They also offer a range of nutritional supplements such as metabolism powder and a chlorophyll water drop. They typically offer great coupon codes, so keep your eye open for those as the program you choose can be costly.

Prolon

So, I’ve heard the Prolon fast is intense. But in a good way. You truly cleanse your system with this one, but it’s also the most pricey of all three. I’ve heard of a lot of gals trying this one before their wedding..so definitely consult a doctor before taking this one on as it may not be a smart fit for everyone.

Daily Harvest

I love Daily Harvest! They started as just smoothies – and I say “just” smoothies, not to deplete how great their smoothies are, but because they now have harvest bowls, soups, flatbreads, ice creams, snack bites, etc. The ingredients they use are clean, but frozen and ready to be “cooked” (heated..) whenever you need.

Let me know if you try any of these!
