The Hepburn is by far the nicest residential building in Dupont Circle – maybe even in all of D.C. The amenities and concierge service can’t be beat, but the best part? The actual residences. Here are my top 3 floorplans!

One Bedroom

Now, while I would typically suggest getting a smaller unit if you’re living alone (less cleaning), I love this one bedroom unit because it features a separate office! That is almost a necessity nowadays and worth the extra rent every month if you’re still working from home.

Two Bedroom

I love this two bedroom unit because the ample closet space. Both bedrooms have so much storage space!

Three Bedroom

I’m a little biased, but my top choice is the three-bedroom unit. I had the privilege of spending a day in a three-bedroom unit and fell in love. It was so spacious and the upgrades were amazing. The balcony might have been my favorite part…or maybe the bathroom…or kitchen…
