Organizing is one of my most favorite things to do. I know, I know..#nerdalert. But really, make a to-do list and crossing off what I’ve done is ASMR for me. The best time to do it is at the beginning of a new year, so you start out on the right foot.

I’ve rounded up a few products that help me get organized and stay organized throughout the year.

Golden Coil

Golden Coil is the best planner out there. I said it. And I know what you’re thinking and yes, I still use physical planners. I’m old school. Although it comes with a higher price point, it’s completely customizable which justifies the cost.. There are pages for meal planning, budgeting, passwords…you name it. This will guarantee an organized 2021.

Cute pens

Cute pens matter. I’m telling you. I’m way more inclined to use my Golden Coil planner if I know I have the best, cutest pens to fill it out with. And I’m not talking about your standard black or blue, I’m very much into color coordination. I use green to fill out when bills are due or to note when a paycheck is coming in. I use pink to write in birthdays (just because it’s fun). I use black for my to-do list. It goes on. I swear by this Paper Mate Felt Tip 24-pack.

Notes app

I had to follow-up with a techy way to get organized. I swear by the Notes app on my phone. It’s maybe the most basic app available, but it helps me keep track of my thoughts. I also use it to track packages that are coming in and packages I sent out to be returned.

Password Manager app

Isn’t it the absolute worst when you go to sign-in and your phone hasn’t automatically uploaded your password? And then you go to type it in yourself and it’s wrong?! But it’s the password you use for everything (PSA – you shouldn’t do that, but we all do). I like to have a list of my usernames and passwords always available when this happens. To be completely honest, I haven’t tried one of the password manager apps out yet, but I find them very intriguing. Like I mentioned above, I’m old school and write down all my passwords. I’m pretty certain that’s not the smartest thing in case I lose the paper..or it’s stolen..but oh well. 2021 is the year I’m going to go digital. Here is a link to some of the most popular password manager apps.

While none of us know what 2021 will hold, by getting organized, we can feel ready to take on anything it throws at us šŸ™‚
